Dutch foreign minister admits lying about meeting Putin in 2006

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch Foreign Minister Halbe Zijlstra admitted on Monday that he lied about hearing Russian President Vladimir Putin make comments about plans for a "greater Russia."
